Dinner: Turkey Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans (420 Calories)
The salisbury steak was tasty, although it was shaped like a large meat ball (not sure why they keep doing that but whatever, it still tastes good). The mashed potatoes had a bit of a gritty consistency, but the flavor was fine, especially with the gravy they had on top. The green beans were good and there was a plentiful amount. This was a meal I’d eat again.
Note: we went out for brunch today, then spend the day running errands and going to the gym, so the first diet-to-go meal I had today was dinner.
