INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small tomato
- 1/8th of a small onion
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp salt (can also use onion salt)
PREPARATION
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Serve with a side of tortilla chips.
